At beginning I believed that everything would improve
health/mood. Through research I still believe improve health/mood. Other
people’s observations and experiences are nice to tie in with mine. Everyone
has different backgrounds with plants, so my surveys seem equal. I’m still
analyzing my survey findings. The problems I encountered are numbers. For one,
plants are expensive. I’m also not very good at taking care plants in general.
The medical tests I wanted to use for my research were not available to me
because the dangers that came with them were high. Over my entire mood has
increased during the time of my research. My breathing seems better when I wake
up in the morning. Plants have been known to improve these things, there’s just
not a lot of research with it. I believe the odds were in my favor. Everyone
has the same general results through my research. I feel immensely improved in
my subject area. I don’t believe ethnicity seemed to matter on this subject.
It’s an easy subject to relate to so I feel my research was easier. Through my
research I’ve gained experience. I know how to take care of plants better, I
personally feel like I’ve grown, and I feel more confident with my research. I believe
I kept good record of my observations. I’m not the best plant caretaker in the
world. Medical observations are complicated with this project, which made me
nervous. Plants are a great hobby and they’re easier to take care of than I
believed before my research immersion. My findings can be found in my graphs
below, located in the appendix section. The interviews showed that people have
strong a strong love for plants and do believe they affect their health and
mood. Taylor believed plants affect people in many ways. Personally through my research I feel that my
health and mood have both improved. My asthma seemed to improve this month!
